Hello !
I am Toli , welcome to my studio.
I am a contemporary classic painter and a multi-media artist animator based in UK.
I have been around art all my life and have been creating since very young in my native Albania ,than later I experimented with new
materials and techniques in my travels through Italy, France , Spain ,etc ,etc...…My artistic background is traditional and I
do work in a various mediums like carbon, ink, watercolours and oil colours. I work on paper, canvas ,boards and have
worked in private commissioned murals and have taken part in painting sets of international theatres.
I do paint using multi layers of transparent oil colours that need time to complete ,and prefer the depth that glazing gives to
the painting but I can also work alla prima and finish a painting in few sessions.
To my traditional technique I am adding the digital art creation as I am learning Animation at the university and
experimenting with merging the two worlds into creating book illustrations and short animated films.
